Climate-related migrants face adverse effects to their mental health by compounded stressors related to socioeconomic vulnerabilities in addition to being undefined and unrecognized.

It is imperative to come together to engage in generative conversations to deepen our understanding of mental health impacts on those affected by the climate crisis.

Join  the panel discussion on Human Impact of Climate Change: Mental Health, Mobility and Our Changing Planet (Register here),  organized by The Trauma and Global Mental Health Lab in the Psychology Department at The New School for Social Research (along with The Consortium on Forced Migration, Displacement and Education at Vassar College; The University Alliance for Refugees and At-Risk Migrants at Rutgers University; and Bennington College) sponsored by The Social Science Research Council.
