The Holistic Integration Service. Learning and Evaluation Year 1: 2013 – 2014

This document report on lessons learned from the year one of the Holistic Integration Services coordinated by Scottish Refugee Council. The project aims to assist to rebuild their lives in Scotland by offering them a personalised, outcome- based service that promotes independence. This involves a 12-month case management approach for each individual led by the Scottish Refugee Council, with health, housing, financial stability, education, employability and social connection at the core.
