Pre Disaster Risk Assessment
The Pre Disaster Risk Assessment or PDRA is a process to evaluate a hazard’s level of risk given the degree of exposure and vulnerability in a specific area. PDRA presents the possible impacts to the populace and form as a basis to determine the appropriate level of response actions from the national level government agencies down to the local government units in the Philippines.
