Nepal Gorkha Earthquake 2015 Initial Rapid Impact Assessment Report
This Initial Rapid Assessment (IRA) report was conducted by the Nepal Red Cross Society. It is a summary of 17 worst affected districts conducted within the first 72 hours immediately after the earthquake in 25th April Saturday at 11:56. This information is useful to all planners, decision makers and the field staffs involving in the quake operations. NRCS deployed 1700 trained volunteers within that period. Focused group discussions, field observations and key informant interviews were the methods used to gather the information.
