Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in the Philippines: Minimal Response Matrix and Mapping: Final Report

This is a joint project of the Psychosocial Support and Children’s Rights Resource Center and the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Network www.mhpss.net, in cooperation with the Department of Health (National Center for Mental Health), and funded by the World Health Organization (WHO) Philippines.

Mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) were identified as one of the immediate priorities by the national government as well as by the Department of Health (DOH) and other health sector partners following the Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda). The present mapping was initiated in order to have a clear idea of who is doing what, when and where(4Ws) in the area of MHPSS.
