Experience of service questionnaire – ESQ Guideline

The Experience of Service Questionnaire (CHI ESQ) was developed as a means of measuring service satisfaction. The ESQ can be used in routinely in conjunction with other Core Measures so that a family’s experiences with the service can be linked to the child’s difficulties and symptom reduction.
