Disability Inclusive Development Toolkit
Disability inclusion is part of a wider movement for inclusive development that
strives for the active participation and representation of all people regardless
of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, race, class, religion, sexuality or any other
characteristic. Talk about disability inclusion is not sufficient; it demands action for
change. We hope this toolkit will provide you with some practical ideas to support
you to contribute to this change process.
This toolkit draws upon resources developed and used within CBM and by our partners,
as well as other development agencies. It has been designed as a resource that
can be adapted to suit needs and added to as we grow in experience and new
materials become available.
This toolkit is an open resource and we would value your feedback and
contributions. Please share with us your ideas and suggestions on how we can
improve it and link to new resources.
