This toolkit is about continuum of care for people living with HIV. Growing experience with the CoC approach across the Asia-Pacific Region, coupled with the impressive results that have been achieved through its use, have led to the decision to document these important experiences. This Toolkit provides practical guidance to policymakers, service planners and program implementers and is particularly intended for use at the national and district levels across the region.
