14-day well-being diary [ ENGLISH ]
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, a lot of people have to stay at home for long time to practice social distancing. Some also need to stay under quarantine and it is easy for one to feel demoralized in such condition. Thus, Hong Kong Red Cross Psychological Support Service has developed this “14-day Psychological Well-being Diary” aiming to offer people with some ideas for daily activities and small goals every day, in order to stay physically and mentally active and healthy. Hope this can act as a reference and inspiration amidst the difficult time for those in need.
