I have a BSc in Psychology and an Msc in Counselling from Bangor University in the UK. I have administered 50 hours of psychotherapy for the NHS as part of professional practice and 400 hours of work for the European Network of Women (enowhumanrights.gr) as a SOS telephone line responder and data analyst. Lastly, I have worked remotely as a telephone customer service specialist for Apple for 6 months.

The above experiences have provided me with strong communication skills, research and data analysis (Excel and SPSS) fluency, and the ability to provide mental health support in a therapeutic setting. I am also a Greek and English bilingual, tech savvy, and a quick learner.
