I am a Creative Arts Therapist with a history of specializing in trauma with children and adults, most specifically within the Latino community. I am currently expanding my work focus to a more global platform and will begin the pursuit of a second MA degree. This degree will be in Global Mental Health and I will begin in the fall of 2014. I am currently a virtual volunteer and virtual language student working with institutions that operate in Guatemala and Tchad. The psychological organization within Tchad is virtually connected to its mother-organization in Montreal Canada (Virtual Psychology in Chad). I attend Celas Maya online in Xela Guatemala to achieve full competency in spanish. I recently returned from studying in Xela, Guatemala for three months.
