A training tool designed to build knowledge and skills of staff and volunteers, and build the capacities of National Societies to support psychosocial wellbeing in beneficiaries and in volunteers and staff. Kit includes Trainer Manual, Participant Manual, and PowerPoint slides. Can be used as basic training or training of trainers. The recommendation for either format is to include no more than 18 participants as a time.
