Aid Workers undertake valuable work in difficult circumstances which can affect their wellbeing and mental health. This current research study is testing an online training intervention to increase Aid Worker resilience and wellbeing.
The AWARE Program uses scientifically tested approaches in an online program specifically designed for aid workers. It is free, online, and can be done at your own pace to help you:
- Manage stress
- Increase well-being and resilience
- Manage difficult thoughts and emotions
- Live in line with important personal values
